1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NervLess platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the platform or access any features. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the NervLess platform development team.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to promptly update any information that is no longer accurate. You must be a higher education student enrolled in a program requiring thesis or capstone defense preparation to be eligible to use this platform.
3. Account Security
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You may not share your account credentials with any third party, and you agree to use the platform only for your individual practice purposes. NervLess enforces a single-device policy: attempting to log in from a second device will invalidate the first session.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the NervLess platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform, bypass any security measures, or interfere with other users' access. All use must be for legitimate academic practice purposes related to thesis and capstone defense preparation.
5. Intellectual Property
The NervLess platform, including all logos, trademarks, graphics, and software, is the property of its developers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your uploaded research papers and other materials remain your property, but you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process them solely within the scope of your mock panel session. No content is retained after session completion.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The AI panelist provides directional feedback only and does not replace formal academic evaluation by human evaluators.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business interruption, whether foreseeable or not. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the platform, which is zero, as the platform is provided free of charge.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of the NervLess platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Metro Manila, Philippines.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated last-updated date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform.
